Terms of delivery

We deliver products within the European Union.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when purchasing a product and is dependent on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.
 

The product delivery time is from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the destination. 
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

The product is delivered by the courier service. The product is delivered to the Customer only on working days (Monday-Friday) during the working hours of the courier service (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).In the event of a change in the delivery date or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, the Customer will be notified immediately by the Merchant's customer service.

The delivery period begins after receipt of payment on the giro account, i.e. after credit card authorization is approved

In the event that one of the ordered products is missing due to the Merchant's error, the Merchant will deliver it to the Buyer free of charge as soon as possible.

In the event that the Buyer refuses to receive the correct and undamaged goods he ordered, the Merchant has the right to deduct from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of direct costs related to delivery.
