An elegant blend of autochthonous varieties of Buža and Rosinjol, with fine, encompassing aromas of Mediterranean herbs dominated by fresh mint and basil with notes of wild radicchio. Pronounced bitterness and balanced spiciness, with hints of green almond in the aftertaste.

Food pairings
