The Perdisacca 2023 harvest is over!

Another successful harvest is behind us. This year was really special, the summer was dry and warm and the expectations of the olive growers were more and more cautious as the harvest approached. Before the harvest, there was a lot of discussion about how much oil the olives would yield and what quality the oil would be due to unfavorable weather conditions.

We are delighted to say that the Perdisacca harvest was very successful, and that the quality of the oil is excellent! We processed the olives the same day after harvesting and tried the oils from each olive grove and variety and we can tell you that we are very happy. The oil is strong, aromatic, spicy, but also fresh and grassy. Just the way real extra virgin olive oil should be.
