Four seasons of Istria. Delivered.

Every three months a box leaves our farm in Bale with the season’s extra virgin olive oil, one of our new flavoured olive oils, one of our herbal tea blends, and the story of the batch — what we picked, how we pressed it, and how to use it. Picked, pressed and packed by the same hands.

Each box includes

• 1 × extra virgin olive oil (500 ml)
• 1 × olive oil with natural citrus or herb oil (250 ml)
• 1 × herbal tea blend with olive leaf (50 g)
• the story of the batch, the harvest and the grove
• recipes and ideas for using everything in the box

Membership

• €47 per box, billed quarterly, plus delivery
• 10% off everything in the webshop all year
• First access to limited releases
• Priority booking for the Sommelier’s table when you visit Istria

Places are limited by what the harvest gives us: 80 memberships a year.
