Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Croatia – Premium Quality, Authentic Taste

At Perdisacca, we bring the timeless craft of olive growing to life in every bottle of extra virgin olive oil we produce. Our family farm sits in Bale, in southwestern Istria, Croatia — a small stretch of Mediterranean coast whose red soil, sea air, and centuries-old trees give our oil a character that cannot be reproduced anywhere else. From grove to bottle, everything we make is grown, harvested, and pressed here, by us, with the patience and attention that real quality demands.

We produce certified organic extra virgin olive oil from Buža and Rošinjola, two autochthonous Istrian varieties that have grown on this land for generations. They don't yield easily and they aren't commercially fashionable, which is exactly why so few producers still grow them. We keep them because the oil they give, in this soil, is worth every hard harvest: fresh, aromatic, and unmistakably from this place.

Our range runs from single-variety organic extra virgin olive oils to our collection of naturally flavoured oils, and herbal tea blends carefully blended for the greatest taste and health benefits. Whether you're looking for an everyday oil that transforms simple food, a distinctive gift, or a peppery, polyphenol-rich finishing oil for the people at your table who care about what they eat, you'll find something made with the same standard of craftsmanship throughout our shop.

Why choose Perdisacca? Because we believe olive oil is a fresh, honest product that deserves an honest label. We're a small farm focused on quality, tradition, and doing things properly, not on volume. Our certifications, from the EU organic leaf to the standards we hold ourselves to, are there because we're happy to be held accountable for every bottle.
