Our family farm sits in Bale, in southwestern Istria, Croatia — a small stretch of Mediterranean coast whose red soil, sea air, and centuries-old trees give our oil a character that cannot be reproduced anywhere else. From grove to bottle, everything we make is grown, harvested, and pressed here, by us, with the patience and attention that real quality demands.

We produce certified organic extra virgin olive oil from Buža and Rošinjola, two autochthonous Istrian varieties that have grown on this land for generations. They don't yield easily and they aren't commercially fashionable, which is exactly why so few producers still grow them. We keep them because the oil they give, in this soil, is worth every hard harvest: fresh, aromatic, and unmistakably from this place.
