ANIMA Herbal Tea
ANIMA is the blend I drink when the day on the farm is done. Chamomile and lemon balm do the quiet work, applemint keeps it soft and green, and lavender adds just enough of itself to make it relaxing. Olive leaf from our own groves rounds it out, because everything we make begins with the trees.
Ingredients: chamomile flowers, lemon balm, applemint, olive leaf, lavender flowers.
How to brew: one heaped teaspoon per cup, water just off the boil, 5–7 minutes covered. Honey optional. Evenings recommended.
50 g loose-leaf pouch — around 20 to 25 cups

How to brew
One heaped teaspoon (about 2.5 g) per cup, water just off the boil, 5–7 minutes covered. Covering the cup keeps the aromatic oils in your tea instead of in the kitchen air. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour straight over ice, or let cool and add ice cubes. A 50 g pouch makes around 20 to 25 cups, depending on how much you use.
Ingredients
Chamomile flowers, lemon balm, applemint, olive leaf, lavender flowers.
