PURA is the bright one — the blend for fresh starts. Elderflower and rosehip bring the fruit and the flowers, nettle and birch leaf give it a clean green backbone, spearmint provides the lift. Olive leaf from our groves ties it back to the farm, as it does in every blend we make.

Ingredients: elderflower, nettle, rosehip, spearmint, birch leaf, olive leaf.

How to brew: one heaped teaspoon per cup, water just off the boil, 5–7 minutes covered. Also lovely with a slice of lemon.

How to brew

One heaped teaspoon (about 2.5 g) per cup, water just off the boil, 5–7 minutes covered. Covering the cup keeps the aromatic oils in your tea instead of in the kitchen air.
For iced tea, brew double strength and pour straight over ice. A 50 g pouch makes around 20 to 25 cups, depending on how much you use.

We ship from the farm in Bale with tracked delivery across the European Union.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days — oil bottles are filled fresh to order, which is worth the small wait.

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — your standard EU right of withdrawal. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if anything arrives damaged or simply is not right, write to info@perdisacca.com and we will fix it.

Everything in this shop is grown, pressed, blended and packed by our family in Bale, Istria. The oils rest under nitrogen and are bottled only when you order; the teas are blended by hand in small batches. And if you are ever in Istria — come taste before you buy. Tastings at the farm are free.
