Narànso — Olive Oil with Natural Orange Oil
Narànso takes its name from the old Istrian word for orange. It is how our great-grandfather Giorgio would have spoken. It's our olive oil with natural orange oil: warmer and rounder than lemon, with a soft, sweet citrus lift.
It belongs with roast chicken and duck, mild cheeses, and winter salads of fennel and radicchio. But it truly comes alive in the kitchen's sweeter corners, drizzled over lava chocolate cakes, a citrus cake, or plain vanilla ice cream.
No additives, no artificial aromas — just our oil and the natural oil of oranges.

How to use and store
Keep the bottle in a cupboard — cool, dark, away from the stove. Once opened, use it within a couple of months: fresh extra virgin is at its best young, and because we bottle to order, the clock starts with you, not in a warehouse.
And yes, you can cook with it. Good extra virgin is more stable when heated than most seed oils; the myth says otherwise but the science does not. Sear, roast, finish. Save the most peppery pours for bread, salads and soups. The full guide is on our blog.
Harvest and production
We harvest in October and November, when the fruit is still green and gives the most aroma. The olives are pressed within hours of picking, the same day. The oil then rests in steel tanks under nitrogen, where it cannot oxidise, and is filled into bottles only when it is about to ship. Small quantities, one farm, no shortcuts.

Orders are dispatched from the farm within 1-2 working days, tracked, across the EU. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery; if anything arrives damaged, write to info@perdisacca.com and we will make it right.

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — your standard EU right of withdrawal. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if anything arrives damaged or simply is not right, write to info@perdisacca.com and we will fix it.
Everything in this shop is grown, pressed, blended and packed by our family in Bale, Istria. The oils rest under nitrogen and are bottled only when you order; the teas are blended by hand in small batches. And if you are ever in Istria — come taste before you buy. Tastings at the farm are free.
